9. The new "Financial Security Program" (FSP):  I recommend the creation of a new program called, "The Financial Security Program.” Everyone in America could retire relatively wealthy if they just knew how! We can eliminate poverty and essentially guarantee a financially comfortable and secure retirement without the need for Social Security or a pension if we really want to! Part of my plan is to enable essentially everyone to own their own home and convert their Home Mortgage into a Retirement plan!   The rewards of my plan will be a financially secure life & retirement and the elimination of the need for most Social Security benefits.

 

10. The American Legal System is Out of Control:    I propose an overhaul of the American Judicial Process. I will work to replace the human bias of judge’s opinions with legal tests for constitutionality.  “The Greenheck Test of Constitutionality” will require the proposed purpose of any present or proposed new law, ordinance or regulation to answer this question: Does the law favor one party over another?  If the answer is no . . . it is constitutional.  If the answer is yes . . . it is unconstitutional. In addition, the outcome of all cases will be based on evidence and at no time will a case be overturned based on a non-evidence– legal technicality!  .The majority of Americans can’t afford to defend themselves and thus lose their legal rights. I will work to make affordable “Justice for All” a reality!

 

 

 

Robert R Greenheck. MD  “MY LIFE”- not to be confused with Bill Clinton’s new book of the same name.                                                                                                                 

Dr. Robert Greenheck was born and raised in Philipsburg, Montana, the son of Roy & Lois Greenheck local area ranchers.  The first thing his mother said when she saw him was “This has got to be some kind of a mistake!” And so it was. . . .

 

During his high school and college years Robert worked as a ranch hand, grocery delivery boy, logger, heavy equipment operator, switchman for the Milwaukee Railroad, & miner at the True Fissure Mine, a silver, lead, and manganese mine near Philipsburg, MT. While a miner he  joined the Mine, Mill & Smelterman’s Union. He also worked for the US Forest Service on fire fighting crews, dynamiting, cutting and building trails & campgrounds. In addition, he participated in environmental protection projects and planted thousands of trees in reforestation projects.  He and his crew also built campgrounds so that the public could also experience the beauty & serenity of the Montana Mountains. Having been a Laborer and a Union Member he understands their worries and concerns. Having been an Employer and Business Owner he understands their  problems as well and knows how to work with both. He is particularly skilled as a negotiator so that everybody wins!  

 

In  addition, being a Medical Doctor & having cared for thousands of patients, young and old, rich & poor and having experienced poverty himself and being unable to afford the medical care and  prescriptions he and his wife needed for their own medical care,  he is uniquely knowledgeable and experienced with the problems we face in this area and their solutions.

 

At age 16, Robert’s father Roy, who had incurable heart disease, committed suicide because he feared his medical bills would bankrupt the family. The hope of preventing & treating heart disease was a seed for Robert’s drive to become a Medical Doctor. Throughout his school years he played prominent leadership roles being elected President of the Junior Class, the Science Club, and the entire Student Body.  He was also an outstanding  student winning over 18 Leadership & Scientific Awards including election to the National Honor Society before graduating Valedictorian of his class. At the University of Montana he was in the top 5% of his college class earning scholarships all four years and was elected to the Phi Eta Sigma & Phi Kappa Phi National Scholastic Honoraries. He was also elected President of the Pre-med Club and the Hellgate Flying Club. As a sophomore he earned his Aircraft Pilot’s License. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with a cumulative GPA of 3.94 in his major. 

 

In 1966 he enrolled at the University Of Washington School Of Medicine in Seattle.  He earned scholarships all 4 years, did research on Blood Clotting Factor Purification and Total IV Feeding. In 1970 he earned his  Doctor of Medicine degree. He practiced Emergency Medicine 3 years at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado. The rest of his medical career was focused on Family – Internal Medicine and as the Owner and Medical Director of  “The Airport Clinic” at Stapleton International Airport, he was additionally trained as a U.S. Civil Surgeon & as a FAA designated Flight Surgeon and examined thousands of  Airline Pilots and Immigrants from all over the world. He was also a contract Flight Surgeon for Continental, United, And Lufthansa Airlines. He did Environmental & Occupational Medical Surveillance for the State & Federal E.P.A. and many other major national and international companies including General Motors, Mercedes Benz & Siemens. He has been or is a member of numerous medical and scientific societies and organizations. He’s since done research in Cardiology & Preventive Medicine.   His greatest achievement in Preventive Medicine was demonstrating in two commercial airline pilots that  severe coronary artery disease can be totally reversed  by simply lowering cholesterol . . . Saving Their Lives and Their Careers! 

 

Dr. Greenheck has, in the past, also conducted in person or radio seminars for the American Cancer Society on” Breast Cancer”, the American Diabetes Association on “Diabetes in the elderly” and for the Fremont County and Colorado Heart Association.  He also helped raise funds for these organizations.

 

Dr. Greenheck has received both the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice – “ Physicians Recognition Award”  and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.

 

Dr. Greenheck is presently a Medical Consultant for the Disability Determination Services Division of the Social Security Administration.

  

MILITARY SERVICE:   Dr. Greenheck served about 12 years in the Colorado Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves achieving the rank of Major and serving as commander of the 122nd Clearing Company of the 217th Medical Battalion.  He volunteered  in 1971 because "I  wanted my friends in Vietnam to know that they could count  on a good doctor if they  needed one."  These are excerpts of several performance reviews:  ‘ Major Greenheck is an exceptional officer and highly respected by his contemporaries and peers.  He has a “take charge attitude”. His enthusiasm is contagious.  His ability to train and motivate is exceptional.  He is a dedicated and selfless individual.  He is a genius at using his outstanding skills in organization and training.  He is an outstanding instructor. Major Greenheck is one of the finest officers I've had the opportunity to serve with.’

 

Dr Greenheck is also an inventor creating, among other things,  a Garbage Can & Utility Dolly called the “Happy Helper” Dolly. For the intelligent , the disabled and the elderly, the” Happy Helper” Dolly eliminates most home and office lifting and carrying.

 

"While in Medical School, Robert married Dorothy White, his High School Science Fair Rival.   They’ve been married for a long, long, long time. He considers it one of the best mistakes he ever made!  They have four children mostly married and all employed!
